CGM sensors are one time use only.
If the sensor falls off of the skin, gets bumped and comes loose, or the filament comes partially out of the skin, the sensor will no longer be functional and can be fully removed from the skin.
Please open a ticket for further assistance and you may be eligible for a free replacement sensor from the manufacturer.

How do you remove the sensor from the skin?
Simply pull it off like a sticker, there are times when there is some black residue left over on the area, and we have found using baby oil or finish oil (for waxing) does a good job at removing the residue.
My client's sensor fell off while traveling. Can they get the sensor shipped to an address different than the home address on file?
