The most common reasons for a signal loss are:
- Bluetooth is turned off on your phone
- You are far away from your cell phone (more than 33 feet)
- You have turned off the Libre 3 app
If it was one of the above common reasons the connection should be restored within 2-4 minutes of remedying the issue. However, if the signal is still not restored please try the following:
- Close the Libre 3 app completely and then reopen
- Restart your phone

- Android - Press the power button and hold it down for several seconds.
