How to Have Clients/Patients Join Theia
There are 2 ways for clients/patients to join Theia, all of Theia Health's payment links accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards:
Direct Them to Your Co-Branded Landing Page:
2. Grab the link to share with your clients/patients.
Invite Them to Theia:
2. Use the “Invite New Client/Patient” button to send an invitation.
3. If you want them to pay for the invite, change the “Who is paying?” field to
“Client/Patient.” They will receive an invitation email to pay for and set up their account.

As Part of a Larger Package:
Our most successful providers have integrated Theia as part of a larger package, where the price of the continuous glucose monitors is included in the overall cost of the program. Given the length of your care plan, the required number of sensors may vary; however, we always suggest a 3-month program of sensor usage for the best results for you and your patients as they will be able to track improvements their improvements over time. Theia packages can be included in your program at cost or at a price point of your choosing. As a provider, you’ll have the option to pay for Theia products on behalf of your patients/clients if you choose.
At Theia, we understand that keeping patients adhering to their care plans can be a challenge. We’ve built the product to positively reinforce the healthy behaviors associated with your care plan, creating sustainable change through real-time monitoring of biodata. Standalone:
Consider upselling CGMs with your other services or marketing Theia directly to your existing patients/clients. How to Track Sales/Onboarding
- Notifications - You will get notified via email/push whenever a client/patient purchases from your co-branded landing page.
- Sales/Commission - Track your sales and the commissions you receive including business referrals. (Note this is only available to owners)
- Onboarding - Track the progress of your clients with the onboarding report, as well as send reminders if they are stuck in the process of finishing set up.
Using Theia to Administer Care
Patient Support
Once a patient/ client has accepted their invitation to Theia we will be responsible for managing their experience with the continuous glucose monitor. This includes detailed instructions and videos on how to apply the sensor, software education, technical/hardware support, and an overview of metrics and daily scores. We aim to take as much of the administrative burden of your plate as possible so you can focus on what you do best.

Review Clients Data:
Use Theia to view clients' glucose readings over time, including key metabolic metrics such as average glucose levels, glucose spikes/ dips, and percentage of time spent within an optimal healthy range.
View the activities of your clients' logs and observe the corresponding effects these decisions had on their health. We've simplified establishing activity tracking behaviors by promoting the use of photos to capture activities and by sending push notifications when glucose begins to rise. Taking a photo is a widely adopted behavior and is much more simple than complex calories-based logging systems. Additionally, the photos will provide you with an unbiased image of your patient's/clients' habits.
