Once you've downloaded the relevant CGM app to your phone and created a login, your next step with Theia is to enable data sharing between the two apps.
To do this, you'll enter the login details you created for your CGM app into Theia on the "Share Data" step of your onboarding. If you're having trouble, please follow the steps below:
For Libre:
If you are unsure of what the login you created for your Libre account you can find the email by opening the Libre app and then tapping on the 3 lines on the top left, then "Settings", then "Account Settings" and that should show you the email you used for your account.
If you are unsure of the password, that same email and password will work on https://libreview.com/ and you can use that site to reset your password if you need to.
For Dexcom:
If you are unsure of what login you created for your Dexcom account, you can find the username by opening the Dexcom app, tapping on the "Profile" icon at the bottom right, and then tapping on "Account." This should show you the username you used for your account. This could be either your e-mail or phone number.
If you are unsure of the password, that same username and password will work on https://clarity.dexcom.com/ and you can use that site to reset your password if you need to.
