The Theia x Practice Better Integration allows you to import activities and protocols from Practice Better into Theia in real-time. Consequently, you will be able to see the glucose response of those activities across patients and throughout your practice in a consolidated manner.
Setting Up The Integration
The Theia x Practice Better Integration is very simple to establish and takes less than 5 minutes by following the steps below:
-
Go to the "EHR Integration Section of the Theia Menu"
-
Get Client ID & Client Secret Code from Practice Better
- Enter Client & Client Secret Code from Practice Better in Theia
Once your account has been connected your Theia screen will look like the image below with a list of synced and unsynced clients. Synced clients will happen when an account exists in both Theia and Practice Better. For unsynced clients, you can invite them to join Theia by clicking the three dots beside their name.
Logging Activities
Once a client is synced, any activities logged in Practice Better will automatically sync over to Theia with journal entry information and timestamp. We do not currently import nutrition / macro information. Below is a graph that shows exactly how fields map from Practice Better to Theia:
